The dealership is fine. It’s clean and staff are nice. However you go and spend $650 on services and they don’t even offer vacuum or car wash service anymore. Where do I start? I got into a bit of an accident with my vehicle during the winter snowstorm that hit Vancouver. I went into the dealer and Bryan took care of my whol I got into a bit of an accident with my vehicle during the winter snowstorm that hit Vancouver. I went into the dealer and Bryan took care of my whole repair job from start to finish the communication was absolutely stellar. I now have my car back and it is driving smoother than ever and that is all thanks to the mechanics that worked on my vehicle and Byran's efforts and hard work as well as the constant follow-up and excellent communication. I am very impressed by the work, even though the job wasn't small by any means and there was some uncertainty with getting the parts i needed fast enough. Bryan allocated everything for me within a very short and efficient time window. Thank you very much, Bryan! Make sure Bryan is your guy when getting your car serviced. Also, the shuttle driver (Ljubo) was a pleasure to ride with! More
