Having done a bit of research, I decided to trade in my vehicle for a Mazda 3. Tommy was a knowledgeable and personable sales advisor, and I felt I could rely on his expertise to help guide me through the vehicle for a Mazda 3. I was also assisted by Fui in the Finance department, and she was also very open and patient with me as she explained the various warranties and packages. I did not feel pressured into anything, and was given time to consider them. When I went to pick up my car, I brought my mom with me. Both Tommy and Fui treated her with much respect, and she had no issues with the experience. Within a couple of days of driving my new car, I discovered a minor problem. Rather than have me make a claim, Fui agreed to cover that issue at no cost. I did not catch their names, but the gentlemen at the Service department were also very nice and patient, taking their time to sort out the issues and making an appointment that suits my schedule. Overall, I found this was a very positive buying experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend others to Freeway Mazda. Thanks! More
I recently bought a used Mazda 3, and found out the steering wheel cover had been recalled for defect. I made an appointment with Freeway Mazda and they replaced quickly with minimal fuss.
