Their knowledge of the car was excellent and helped answer many questions we had. The sale process was easy and we didn't feel the pressure tactics like we have felt at some other dealerships. We received a great deal with some accessories thrown in for good measure. Even the 'business office' was a friendly, easy and informative session, which, in my experience, is unusual in this industry. Started out with talking to Thai Mounivong about getting a car for work. Mentioned How i talked to Thai first on the phone both sales men helped me out with Car and options. Thai Took me for a test drive and i ended up buying that car i drove. Didn't feel any pressure from either of them. They were both friendly and made me feel comfortable about asking questions and every thing went very smooth. Ive had many people like my car, both family and friends and i always recommend that they come and check out the new mazda's based on the great fuel economy and financing. My husband and I were very happy with the experience at Freeway Mazda from the beginning. We phoned from Kamloops looking for a Mazda cx-5(2014) and the sales manager said he didn't have one and couldn't Freeway Mazda from the beginning. We phoned from Kamloops looking for a Mazda cx-5(2014) and the sales manager said he didn't have one and couldn't order one for us for a few months in the colour and model that we wanted. The next morning my husband phoned back to ask if they had the model because we were willing to take any colour. The sales manager said that he was just about to phone us saying that unknownst to him one came off the truck that morning; he just didn't know if it was spoken for. It wasn't spoken for so we drove down that day to look at it. The price was $500 lower than any other dealer in BC. When we got there the place was so busy but right away Arnie met us and looked after us. He wanted us to test drive the cx-5 to make sure we liked it and he didn't HAVE to come with us; it was our choice. We went for a drive and stopped in a parking lot to look over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb. We noticed a 'blemish' on the front of the hood. Arnie immediately took it to the detailers; it was just a bit of tree pitch. They got it off no problem but still had us look it over to make sure we were happy with it. They looked after us very quickly because they knew we wanted to get back on the road to get home before too late. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
