After some research, I finally decided to go check out the mazda cx5 and cx7. Walking onto the freeway mazda I was approached by Brandon, he wasn't quite on shift yet, said he would send someone else out, the mazda cx5 and cx7. Brandon was friendly and not to pushy, he let me take the vehicle out by myself while making the final decision to purchase the cx7. When I found out the there was only one key Brandon got the parts guys right to work making me another key, parts guys where fast and very nice as well. And within the next hour or two he phoned but I was so busy at work I didn't pick up. He was very professional and asked for my email and phone number when we met online. So the next thing I knoe, I have an email from him. We setup a day to go in to get down to the businesses. The day wee went, he helped us to fight with the sales manager And got us a great deal with free of change for life. After the deal was sealed, we went home with great smiles on our faces. We requested to moved our pick up day a week earlier and to be able to select a plate prior to the pick up day. The next thing you know, he has arranged them all. After much research, I had finally settled on my decision to purchase a used Mazda 3. I had heard great things about Freeway Mazda, so I did a little research as to what they had on their lot and found a veh to purchase a used Mazda 3. While taking a peek at the car in the lot, I was approached by Joel who was very forward and honest about the car without trying to push me into the seat. Before we even spoke about a test drive, he filled me in on the fact the car was an out of province vehicle which, I assume, would be a problem with some people. (I, however, am looking at moving to the province in question, so it made little difference to me either way.) The test drive was fantastic, Joel had a perfect route in mind that took us through city, highway, country, through steep hills and through a brief construction area where the pavement had been torn up. He even offered to take us through the course again to get a full experience of the car. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all questions honestly. The entire car buying process went smooth as silk! I could not have asked for a better time, and I would definitely recommend Freeway Mazda, and Joel especially, to anyone looking for a car! More

This dealership is very good at walking people through purchasing a car. I like that they are helpful and professional in what they do!
