Harv provided exceptional customer service and helped our family to make the right choice with our 'very first buy' in Canada. We were very impressed with his passion, honesty, listening skills, courtesy and detailed description he had given us for every question we had. He was very informative and extremely professional and made us feel special and be a part of the 'Mazda" family.He wasn't there to only make a sale,he was there to make sure you got exactly what you came in looking for. If your looking for a car sales person, he`s the guy to go to! I wouldn't stop right there! Eric and Donte, the Finance managers were amazing and made details in every information provided to us and worked wonders with our paperwork. The experience we had with Mazda and especially wonderful salespeople like Ernie & Harv, has already carved unfading memories in our lives. The car we were looking at was test driven and sold however being aware of our time Carmine informed us of the situation right away (he knew we were planning to come in to purchase the car) and waited on the final word prior to us making our way to the dealership so we wouldn't waste our time. When we selected our vehicle Arnie was very knowledgable about the car itself and answered our questions. Dante and Eric in the business office were very friendly as well. At all levels of the purchase everyone we interacted with asked us questions to help ensure the car we were purchasing was the right car for our needs. They explained they don't want their clients to feel buyers remorse or pressure. The discussion included accessories for the car. After the purchase there has been amazing follow-up. This is our 3rd new Mazda from a different dealership and we would highly highly recommend then. More

A Pleasant Experience We did lots of research and went to many dealerships and in doing that it was pressure sales all the way which made us frustrated. We found a vehicle we wanted to look at Freeway Mazda and while looking at the vehicle in the lot a very pleasant young man by the name of Brandon approached us with keys for the vehicle we were looking at without even us having to ask. Brandon gave us the keys and let us look through the vehicle without bothering us and let us take it for a test drive. If there were any questions, Brandon stated, just to ask. After the test drive, Brandon had everything prepared for us in regards to the vehicle history etc. When dealing with Brandon, it was all about us, not him, not the dealership, not about car sales, but of what we wanted and what we were interested in. He was a no pressure guy. Super easy to deal with. He was more like a friend not a car salesman. I would definitely recommend Freeway Mazda, especially Brandon-->amazing customer service! More

With so many options and every person in your life telling you what car to buy or not to buy it can make you want to pull your hair out. After finally settling on the Mazda 3 I researched local dealerships and settled on Freeway Mazda after reading all the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. I spoke to Harv on the phone and he was more than helpful and was able to answer all of my general questions. All the questions he asked were basic and relevant; model, price range, new or used car etc. I visited the dealership and Harv greeted me with a warm smile and handshake. He was very knowledgeable about the car and most importantly was not pushy and didn't try to sell me a more expensive vehicle than I could afford. Harv explained all the available upgrades without being aggressive and got me a great deal on oil changes. Overall he made the new car buying experience very pleasant. When I walked on to the Mazda car lot Harv was there to great me with fantastic knowledge and understanding about the uncertainty of purchasing a vehicle. He took my words to heart and didn't try to upsell me something that I didn't want or need. I test drove a brand new 2014 Mazda3 and when I took home a 2012 Mazda3 fully loaded he was happy to see me so happy.
