Though we were late arriving due to a major traffic problem en route, Peter waited patiently and kept in touch with us. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted and then quickly got down to business. We knew exactly what vehicle we wanted (a competitor's trade-in) and the asking price was fair, so not much negotiation was required.
