He provided exceptional and truly amazing customer service, much beyond anything I was expecting and could have asked for. He's an extremely genuine, patient and knowledgeable salesperson. He provided me with detailed info. about car specs, company warranty and financing options. He took the time to answer all of my questions and show me all of the cars I wanted to see and did not rush me or put any pressure on me to purchase the car. For anyone interested in purchasing a Mazda I would highly recommend Marc. More

I went in having a good idea of what I was looking for but Marc was very helpful in working out the fine details of my purchase. He answered every question I had and was patient while I made a decision. He also remained in contact with me in between my original visit and the delivery of my car as a few things had to be communicated. He did so in a timely matter and made the process very easy for me. I also work in sales and appreciate someone who is supportive in a major purchase decision rather than pushy. Excellent deal and customer service (BA) I was looking to buy Mazda3 2015 GT. I went to different dealerships to compare prices and dealt with many sales people. I finally settled on Freeway I was looking to buy Mazda3 2015 GT. I went to different dealerships to compare prices and dealt with many sales people. I finally settled on Freeway Mazda because of Peter whom I found to be friendly, knowledgeable, and direct without coming off as salesy. Peter went ahead and talked to the sales manager to lower the price even further for me without putting me in an awkward situation. Thanks to both Peter and the sales manager (Rick Chan) for getting me a good deal. Upon delivery of the car, Peter went over various things and setup system default settings for me, got me full tank of gas, other free Mazda related goodies. Three days after picking up the vehicle, Peter phoned me to make sure everything is fine with the car or if I have any questions. I will definitely be dealing with Peter again for upcoming Mazda2 for family member next year. Keep up the good work and thanks for all your help, Peter! More

simple as 1-2-3 we initially started our search 6 months ago and met up with harv at the dealership. we werent committed on buying, but wanted some information and o we initially started our search 6 months ago and met up with harv at the dealership. we werent committed on buying, but wanted some information and options. the timing wasnt right for us, but harv made great effort to keep in touch and check in with us without overbearing us at the same time. when the time finally came for us to make a purchase, harv was 100% committed and provided excellent service. the ease of buying a car was made possible with harv and his sales manager bruce - it was simple and professional. we were extremely happy with the turnaround time on getting the car as well....who wants to wait forever for a new car? the car arrived clean, and had all the accessories we had requested. thank you for making our first experience a positive one! see you again in 4 years ;) More
