Excellent no pressure experience I was in a bit of a bind and needed a new car quick. Eric introduced himself to me and immediately set the tone that I was in the driver's seat, so t I was in a bit of a bind and needed a new car quick. He was patient with me despite my fickle nature to be obsessive with numerous car/option combinations and their respective costs. There was a slight mix up with the optioning of my vehicle, but Eric and Harv made things right for me so all is well. After the sale, Eric was prompt in all communications and still continues to be. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Freeway Mazda. The only reason I deducted a star for price is because I did not shop around and have not compared prices. An "excellent" rating would have involved dealership discount to result in a price below MSRP less corporate incentives. More
