I have never met this person, the deal was made with Jake our Sales Rep and Trevor our Sales Manager. I got involved when Andy wrote in saying that his $300 year end bonus was not received. He then contacted Mazda Canada and told them we did not give him his bonus. Mazda Canada spoke to me (Harv) directly and I told them we did include the $300 which is broken out in our adjustments field. I sent Andy a screenshot deal showing him it was given to him and this was not sufficient for him. He wanted a copy of a form he would have signed indicating he received the bonus when in fact there is no form that needs to be signed. I invited him into the dealership multiple times so I could show him myself and compare his pricing to his Bill of Sale he neglected to come in. It seemed that everything was OK after that until Andy wanted two synthetic oil change services at a cost to us of $200.00 for his inconvenience. When we told Andy no since he did receive his bonus he again became upset and posted this comment
