Tommy was absolutely amazing! As soon as we arrived, Tommy was the first person to greet us at the door. He was very warm and enthusiastic. As a couple buying our first new car, we didn’t know very much about what we really wanted and Tommy remained patient throughout the process. We never felt like he got angry or aggressive towards us. He also made us laugh a lot and helped lighten up a process that can be otherwise stressful. It felt like we had known Tommy for years! When we were at home and thought of a few questions, we called him and he was quick to pick up and answer our questions.
