Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Misrepresentation of Vehicle Condition and Unfulfilled Commitments I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent vehicle purchase from your dealership. Vehicle Condition and Unfulfilled Commitments I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent vehicle purchase from your dealership. Before purchasing the vehicle, I was assured by the sales representative (Tarun Mander) that the remote starter was fully functional and would work as promised. This assurance was an important factor in my decision to proceed with the purchase. Unfortunately, after taking possession of the vehicle, I discovered that the remote starter did not work. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to have this issue resolved through your dealership. I have requested to be contacted by the dealership manager on several occasions, expecting the matter to be addressed in good faith. Instead, I encountered a lack of cooperation and no meaningful effort to resolve the problem. Despite repeated requests, the issue remains unresolved. I was told that the dealership manger “Randy” would resolve the issue only if he wants to. In addition to the remote starter issue, the vehicle detailing that was promised before delivery was not completed to an acceptable standard. The vehicle was not properly cleaned or prepared for delivery, which was disappointing given the expectations set during the sales process. Furthermore, the delivery of the vehicle was delayed beyond the agreed-upon possession date, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Despite these delays, the dealership failed to ensure that the vehicle was delivered in the condition that had been promised. My overall experience has left me feeling that the dealership made commitments to encourage the sale but failed to honor those commitments afterward. Throughout this process, I have found the dealership's conduct to be misleading and disappointing. In my experience, promises were made to secure my business, but they were not fulfilled once the sale was completed. Rather than working collaboratively to resolve legitimate concerns, I encountered resistance and a lack of accountability. I believe I purchased this vehicle based on representations that were not accurate and on commitments that were ultimately not honored. The combination of the non-functional remote starter, inadequate detailing, delayed possession, and the dealership's unwillingness to address these issues has significantly undermined my confidence in the dealership and its customer service. I respectfully request that the dealership honor its commitments by repairing the remote starter at no cost to me, addressing the deficiencies in the vehicle's delivery, and providing an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience and disappointment I have experienced. If this matter cannot be resolved promptly and fairly, I will have no choice but to pursue other avenues, including filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and sharing my experience with other potential consumers. I hope this matter can still be resolved professionally and in good faith. I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, Tejveer Gill & Navneet Gill More
Bought a previously owned truck for over $52 000 and it didn't come with a knob for the stereo so I can't even turn it on. And at no point did they tell me there was only one key because cars usually come didn't come with a knob for the stereo so I can't even turn it on. And at no point did they tell me there was only one key because cars usually come with 2 keys standard. The day I went to pick it up, they let me know there was only one key, after I had signed all the papers and paid my down payment. Easy fix right? No, it turns out the salesperson I dealt with, Mo, said they could order a second key for me but then texted later and said that since it was a used vehicle, I had to go to Toyota and get another key myself. After charging over $5000 in hidden fees, they were too cheap to even get me another key, and a know for my stereo system so I can at least turn it on. This matter could have been handled much differently. Never buy a vehicle here. More

Apparently Freedom Ford has never heard of AMVIC or "The advertised price is what you pay". I helped a friend buy a new vehicle recently. When she got to the point of finalizing the deal, the price had my advertised price is what you pay". I helped a friend buy a new vehicle recently. When she got to the point of finalizing the deal, the price had mysteriously jumped up by over $700. The sales manager at first blamed us and said our calculations were wrong. After I pressed him, he showed me his work sheet where he had added extra fees to the advertised price---$199 dealer fee, tire tax, A/C tax, etc. He insisted that because the advertised price had "+FEES" printed below the price, they were allowed to add extra fees. I pointed out that AMVIC specifically does not allow dealers to do this. A phone call to AMVIC this morning proved that I was 100% correct and what the dealer did was illegal. More

We came in knew the exact truck we wanted, test drove it, negotiated a deal, signed and paid deposit. Literally two days later we get a call from our sales person telling us that our deal is cancelled. I ask negotiated a deal, signed and paid deposit. Literally two days later we get a call from our sales person telling us that our deal is cancelled. I ask to speak to the GM, no call. I call back and speak with Lawrence, who not only talks over me but lies to my face and tells me my husband cancelled the deal. So then my husband decides to go in to understand what happened and Lawrence gets right in his face, threatens him and then threatens to call the police. Shortly after the General sales manager pulls my husband aside apologizes for the mess that Lawrence made and tries to sell us a different truck. This dealership is full of insane sales people with the most disgusting pressure tactics. save yourself time and go anywhere but here. I took the time to read the reviews after this incident happened to me. I warn anyone else to do the same as this seems to be an ongoing occurrence. More
