Brad gingo actually accused me of fraud when I said that they had made a mistake. This is unacceptable respect is given when you own your mistakes and make it right. The service manager spoke to me like I was undeserving of any respect. I may not be a high roller buy I have recommended this dealership in the past to a lot of people which will now end. Lino is the best guy in the world and I will miss him and hope he leaves for another dealership More

Beneficial During my prepaid service at Freedom Ford their was some glitches in the process. However Roxanne took over my work order and made the process more c During my prepaid service at Freedom Ford their was some glitches in the process. However Roxanne took over my work order and made the process more complete. She made sure all the work which didn't get done the first visit was done quickly as possible. The 96 000 km service takes more time as the tasks are more consuming. Also another piece of work which had to be done required a part showing up from another dealerships parts department. I utilised the time spent at Freedom Ford speaking with James on warranty and pre paid maintenace packages as mine expires in June of 2016. James qouted me fair and reasonable prices with an option to finance those packages with a 10% down payment. The conversation with James lead to a decision that perhaos buying a 2016 vehicle with my trade in may be the way to go instead of getting refreshed maintenace and extended warranty plans. Next I spent several hours with Frick discussing many options. Over all the time was well spent and eventhough I spent several hours waiting for my truck to be finished in the shop. The entire experience was beneficial and helpee me understand what all my options were going to be. Everyone did a fantastic job in their own fields with in the dealership. Special thank you to Roxanne in service and also Heath in parts for providing me excellent service on a deal for knew winter tires.
