Amazing People!! My wife and I brought our Ford Escape in for some warranty work after evacuating from Fort McMurray. They really went the extra mile there getting the interior cleaned and smelling like a new car again. On the day of the evacuation I didn't know how to put gas into my Escape with a Jerry can due to it having a capless tank. I frantically called Freedom where Roxanne in service told me about the attachment by the spare tire for filling the car using said Jerry can. They also are some of the most helpful people I've ever dealt with dealership wise. More

Drop the ball on customer and let me down. Backed up at service department, had to wait 30 min to drop off keys and ensure service to be done is acknowledged.
