Went in for service came out in better shape than expected. I have the prepaid service package , always get full inspection tire rotation oil change all that stuff. My brakes still worked fine but I had noticed I have the prepaid service package , always get full inspection tire rotation oil change all that stuff. My brakes still worked fine but I had noticed some scoring of the rotors , had no real apparent affect yet. They decided to change brake pads and machine all rotors as part of warranty or my maintenance package. Either way they could of took the easy road and left them , but did not . Very impressed and thank you. I will definatley be trading my f150 for something better in the future . More

A few days after getting my truck back it acted up again (water had found its way into a part) in the same way. Roxanne got it in immediately and had it fixed and ready to go in a few days. There was no charge for any of the second visit and Roxanne's goal was to make sure my truck was fixed properly and I was satisfied. More
