They could at least show us the vehicle existed which is more than other dealers who had vehicles posted could do. Found this sales rep more interested in helping us find what we wanted or needed rather than meeting some other agenda - like selling us a new truck rather than one we could manage financially as we found with another dealer. Answered all our questions and made sure we had whatever information we asked for before we signed the final deal. More

Speedy and Painless After having issues at other Ford Dealerships throughout the city I was told that Freedom Ford was the place to go. My car was having sever transmissi After having issues at other Ford Dealerships throughout the city I was told that Freedom Ford was the place to go. My car was having sever transmission issues - needed new parts, and new programming. When I dropped my car off there was a shuttle available to take me all the way home (something that wasn't offered at a different dealerships service centre). I received a call from Blair saying that it was going to take a week to get the parts in to fix my car, but he offered me the option of a complimentary rental vehicle for the time it was in the shop. The next day I received a call, and everything was fixed!! The lovely gentleman driving the shuttle picked me up from my apartment and off we went. My car runs like new now, and I am so grateful that the repair process was such a seamless and stress-free experience ! I will be coming back (although I hope I won't have to) if my vehicle ever needs repairs again. More

Great team! I received a letter a week ago saying I had not brought my vehicle in for 2 recalls that were outstanding since 2014. First off, I hadn't received the I received a letter a week ago saying I had not brought my vehicle in for 2 recalls that were outstanding since 2014. First off, I hadn't received the first notices, so I was a little concerned when I called the dealership to book for service. Cori helped me over the phone to get my personal info updated and advised there was 3 recalls on my vehicle now! she was able to have me come in 5 days after my phone call which was a great relief. Upon getting to the service centre at 7:30am, there was no wait to come in the garage, all of the staff are quick on their toes to get keys and keep the line of vehicles incoming and checked in. I was arranged on the 8am shuttle and made it to work for my 8:15am start time. The shuttle driver was so kind and safe. THANK YOU!! More

After 3:00pm i call back to the shuttle dispatcher and asked where is the shuttle i needed the vehicle at latest at 3:00pm. they just told me this is just a courtesy shuttle . She called me about a problem the tech found and informed me it was all covered by my extended warranty.I have been to Freedom as my service dealership before and she is knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
