Bought the truck over the phone i was nervous buying the truck over the phone! I'd never done that before. I have to say I wasn't pressured into buying the truck. It was everything w i was nervous buying the truck over the phone! I'd never done that before. I have to say I wasn't pressured into buying the truck. It was everything we wanted at a great price! Roman was straightforward very professional. We're very impressed with the customer service and how easy it was to purchase the truck no haggling. Jason Spithakis has went above and beyond my expectations from a used vehicle dealership. As well, the rest of the staff provided an environment that is friendly, calm and well organized, so that my dealings runs smoothly. Jason has also provided a non-aggressive approach to car sales. The first used vehicle that I looked at didn't quite fit my needs. I told a coworker about it and he was also impressed with Jason's approach. He bought the vehicle. I am still hunting for the right vehicle but I won’t go from dealership to dealership. Freedom Ford has secured my business for myself as well as my family. I just wish I would have came here years ago...I also have to give a special thank you to Lino Marrelli, Used Vehicle Sales Manager, for his help in the past month. More

Amazing service I came to Darrell as a first time buyer and it could not have been a more positive experience. He went above and beyond and walked me through ever I came to Darrell as a first time buyer and it could not have been a more positive experience. He went above and beyond and walked me through every step of the process. When there wasn't a vehicle in stock that fit my needs, he found one that was absolutely perfect within a matter of days. Not only was the vehicle perfect, but I was given a great price on it as well. Anna was very patient and kind and was informative and never pushy. I never felt pressured at all and was beaming from ear to ear the entire time I was on the lot. Thanks again to both Darrell and Anna. They were amazing. More

I'm back for seconds! I am a returning customer and found exactly what I wanted and Jason and Anna made my experience again a very pleasant one. Jason was very intuitive and followed along with me through the entire vehicle purchasing process, which was extremely appreciated as it can be a bit overwhelming. I immensely appreciated having someone who could answer all my questions. And Anna, she is incredible. She makes what seems like magic happen. She is always a step ahead and went above and beyond getting me a fantastic interest rate and helping speed the finance and insurance process. I am a returning customer. I lost my first vehicle I purchased through Freedom Ford due to a bad accident which wrote off my car. I feel the design and safety features on my 2014 Ford Focus are the reasons I could walk away. The car's system actually offered to call 911 for me. Jason and Anna have more than once demonstrated how dependable they can be. I can't thank them enough for making this transition a pleasant one.
