What made my experience unique was the fact that I was purchasing this truck site unseen as I live in Vancouver so I relied heavily on Ron's experience. I also dealt with Ann-Mary in finance who was able to beat my own bank's preferred rate which was a huge bonus. She was also very friendly and professional and a real pleasure to deal with. When I flew in Thursday morning the truck was completely detailed from top to bottom waiting for my inspection which passed with flying colors. Ron went through the entire truck and explained all the controls in and how to set up everything. I was in and out of the dealership driving away with my truck back to Vancouver in under 45 minutes.
