Dwayne is not honest, wouldn’t even give him a star. I take my vehicle to have the gps upgraded and somehow on exeters watch my radio stops working, and won’t turn on at all. They take no accountability and want me to pay for the $1600 radio. They said they would order a new radio and they never did. Just wiped their hands clean. Dwayne said it was lost in transit meanwhile Toyota Canada let’s us know the order was cancelled. Justine Frayne (GM my a**)was no better. If I take my vehicle to you and you break it you should fix it. Someone didn’t follow proper protocol as stated in the manual about updating the GPS. I shouldn’t pay for your mistakes More

Many friends and neighbors in London recommended Exeter over the two city dealerships. I quickly learned why. The staff are fantastic and treat you and your car as if it was their own. I've never been surprised by a high bill, and now with 270,000 km, I am happy to say my maintenance costs have only included brakes, tires, and oil changes. The van still runs like the day it was purchased. I am loyal to Toyota and Exeter for after sale service. I will however drive this Sienna as long as it continues to run so well, and definitely purchase our next Toyota in Exeter. The service staff always greet you by name, and it's a pleasure to deal with Exeter Toyota. More

After that the next decision, and one that is arguably the most important decision is where to purchase your Toyota - and this is where it gets easy - Frayne's Exeter Toyota is hands down the RIGHT choice. The only choice. I bought my first Toyota in 2003 and have NEVER experienced anything less than OUTSTANDING service starting with reception, then sales, and their service department after all these years! There are much closer Toyota dealerships to where I live, but the drive to Frayne's Exeter Toyota is worth the drive! When it comes to purchasing a vehicle my sales associate, Aaron Bedard, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Regarding service, when I arrive for regular service maintenance I am welcomed by my first name, and I know without any doubt that my vehicle will be taken care of and I will not be sold products or service that is not required. I had a bad experience years ago - I was in a hurry and took my vehicle to a Toyota dealership that is much closer to my home for a regular oil change. I was told by the "other" dealership that my vehicle required a few thousand dollars worth of repairs. I declined their generous offer to take care of the "problem" and instead discussed the matter with the people I have grown to know and TRUST at Exeter Toyota. I was reassured that my vehicle was in fact fine!! Needless to say I have never made that mistake again. You can not put a price on TRUST and PIECE OF MIND!! That is why all of my vehicles are purchased from and serviced at Exeter Toyota! More
