The boys were scared (as a result of the car malfunctioning) The boys were made to feel like it was their fault the car was in need of service. The staff was not supportive at all until one of the boys Dad arrived. This is an example of ageism. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Not enjoyable Disappointing service visit. The service I required for my service visit was more than routine. I found that the problem appeared to confuse and over Disappointing service visit. The service I required for my service visit was more than routine. I found that the problem appeared to confuse and overwhelm the service department. They did fix the problem, but it took a couple of repair visits and a very questionable large bill. This dealership reminds me of a small country dealership where for minor or routine repairs they would be more than capable. But as these cars become more and more complicated to repair I think you would be wise to take your vehicle to the bigger dealerships that have more resources and trained personnel. Just to put a smile on my disappointing visit, they did call and asked me if I was satisfied with their service, I told the caller there were some issues that I felt made my visit unpleasant, they said that’s fine and hung up. Kim Rocks! After years of being less then satisfied and going from dealer to dealer I found myself at Fraser Ford’s door step. Kim greeted me with a smile, a laugh and the assurance that my problems will be fixed. If that wasn’t enough she offered to make me a coffee! She came in on her day off to make sure I was taking care of and truly made me feel like I mattered and that my vehicle was in good hands. Her knowledge of the vehicles was impressive and her honesty was so refreshing! Also in talking with the shuttle driver it seems that Fraser Ford really cares about their employees. I would recommend Fraser Ford, there facilities are clean and look really professional, with disco light lasers for doing alignments and Kim’s superior service….I can’t imagine going anywhere else and I’m going to tell everyone I know that Kim Cares at Fraser Ford! I called the dealership and they got me in right away. There was an issue with the battery as well as the Transmission Control Monitor. The repair was done immediately. I am so grateful for the quick service. More

I had my /06 Mustang in their service area and the people there really know how to treat their customers. Last fall I bought a brand new Ram Bighorn truck at Menzies in Whitby. I regret not paying the extra to get the F-150 at Fraser Ford. The extra cost would have been worth it to be treated like one would expext to be treated at a dealership. I paid $58,000 cash for my truck at Menzies and I get treated like a fool every time I go there. I did not even buy my /06 Mustang at Frazier and they treat me with the upmost respect and courtesy.
