I was in the dealership several times the week prior to picking up my car and each time I was treated like I was one of the gang. Each and every time I was asked if I would like coffee , water or tea and all the employees that walked past me acknowledged me. Kerri Lopez in financial services was most helpful and went out of her way to help my husband and I get all the little extras we wanted as well. I was really impressed that after all the papers were signed and deal done the manager took the time to come talk to me to make sure my experience was everything it should have been. I can honestly say this was the most enjoyable car buying experience of my life. Doug McGahey was the sales person who showed us the car that day, Doug is a true professional, new his car, was friendly and had a great sense of humor as well. The price, extras and sales help provided by Doug and the used car team was top notch. We ended up putting a deposit on the car that day and went through the finance with Kerri Lopes who was just as friendly as Doug and was so accommodating. Between Doug and Kerri they made our purchase a very enjoyable experience and we know that buying a Mustang with Fraser Ford we were getting a top of the line car. We will take our Mustang to Fraser Ford for all the services as we know the Technicians are all specialists (SVT dealership).
