Michelle was great at trying to find me my new truck, even offered to build one custom for me. She also took the time to search the existing inventory and make some recommendations that helped lead me to the loaded Race Red F150 that I took home. Was never pressured in any way and they even made me an incredible offer on my trade-in. In the end this was a win-win for all and I would have no issues going back to see Michelle if I needed to make another vehicle purchase. More

poor service bought 2016 ford lariat in oct. parked in driveway. went away for 2 weeks.came back compartments full of water. took to dealership. windshield was war bought 2016 ford lariat in oct. parked in driveway. went away for 2 weeks.came back compartments full of water. took to dealership. windshield was warped as was the sealant. wind shield was up 1/2 inch higher than supposed to be. drain tubes for sun roof was twisted.gps failed because of water damage.dealership test machine does not work. so stilling waiting.this was a brand new $68000 truck and i am very displeased with with the whole situation. i will be contacting ford of canada relationship centre.i have driven gmc for 45 years and never had a problem of any form with them. jerry everett More
