Thanks to Fraser Durham Chrysler for great service. After visiting a different dealership we were frustrated and we needed someone to be fair and treat us properly.. Our salesman was Abdul Qureshi and he made us feel very welcomed and he treated us with the utmost courtesy . He understood we had already gone through enough and wanted to get into a new vehicle with as little trouble as possible. He made everything very clear and easy to understand . We drove away only 2 weeks later in a beautiful Dodge Caravan and we were very happy with our payment plan . Thanks also to Krista for her hard work in helping us to meet our goals. We will be using Fraser Durham Chrysler for our next new car purchase . More
Excellent customer service. After taking my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport to Menzies in Whitby to have headlight dial looked at after hitting it with my knee and having it fall into t After taking my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport to Menzies in Whitby to have headlight dial looked at after hitting it with my knee and having it fall into the dash board they told me they couldn't look at until a few hours or next Thursday! That it looks like the whole part has to be replaced. Take it to Fraser Chrysler in Oshawa on Bloor St. and the service employee at the desk told me to give him a few minutes and he would have a look at it. Went out to my vehicle and he had a look at it and attempted to fix himself for me. "This is a service employee NOT a technician". Sure enough after a few minutes he had taken the switch out and popped it back in! No charge. Didn't get milked for any money" Now that is true customer service!!! Greatly appreciated!!! I will be back as a regular customer for sure. Thank you!! More
Customer Service Terrible Heads up!!!! This place is poorly run and has even worse customer service. I made an appointment with the service department to have an issue looked a Heads up!!!! This place is poorly run and has even worse customer service. I made an appointment with the service department to have an issue looked at. My vehicle is still under power train warranty. The vehicle intermittently does not engage in reverse. I dropped my vehicle off the night before and was told it would be looked at the next day. The following day I received no phone calls all day and decided to call at 3:30 and see what the status was. I was told the vehicle had not been looked at and that they were going to address the issue with the shop foreman. I dropped by on the way home and spoke with the service rep at the counter. He informed me he screwed up on the paperwork and had it scheduled for the wrong day, he informed me it would be looked at promptly the following day. The next day I again received no phone call from anyone and decided to call at 2:30 and see what was going on. The lady on the line said the truck was done. I questioned what was done on the truck. She replied "Did you not receive a phone call?" I told her I had not. She said the service manager would call me back to inform me of what was going on. After an hour and no call I called back again, the service manager told me they couldn't find anything wrong and they attempted it again and still nothing. After addressing my issues with the overall lack and poor customer service, all he could muster up was they indeed dropped the ball. Oh and of course I owe them 119.00$ service charge. So tomorrow I will go pay the money and be done with these jokers for good. Bring your vehicle to Menzies. These guys are out of touch and should not be trusted with a toy car let alone a real vehicle. I will be contacting Chrysler directly and ensuring I leave this review anywhere I can. More

Just some follow up, re vehicle and salesman So I have had my 2016 for 7 mo's now. Bringing it in for an oil change, always fast and reasonable. No hiccups. Have a coffee and it is done. Stephen Osborne, my rep I got the car from approached me. Nice long conversation. A he remembered me, he remembered all the hobbies I do, that we spoke of and my wifes name and her occupation. Mark of a real account manager. We spoke about trading in, in 2 years etc. To which I will come back to Dodge, and come back to Stephen. Uber impressed. More
