We put 459,000 kms on it and now the time was right for something new. We were treated so well with our last purchase, so we returned as a loyal customer. Once again we were treated wonderfully. Our Sales Person - Colleen Harnack, and Financial Services Manager - Nicole Whiting are the epitome of customer service excellence. Very knowledgeable, and very customer oriented. They make you feel at ease, cover all the bases, and treat you very respectfully. From the front line sales people right on down to the receptionist, the whole team at Fraser Chrysler should be commended for the sevice that they give.....again after 10 years from our last purchase, we are more than satisfied with our brand new 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Won’t start Had a problem with our 2017 ram truck. Sat in driveway would not start. Talked to Klyle walked me through the process that I needed to do. Very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and got me ride home with shuttle which I was amazed at 7 pm was still available. Truck needed ASAP and was told that would receive call in am as soon as they knew what the problem was. Heard from Kyle early morning. Repair had been done and arranged to send out shuttle to pick my husband up at home and take to dealership. Impressed how smooth the whole process was and restored my faith in dealships once again.
