Trade In & Purchase I first spoke with Erica in the Service Dept about the Wrangler Sport Unlimited. Told her I was thinking of trading it in for a Cherokee Trailhawk. Sh I first spoke with Erica in the Service Dept about the Wrangler Sport Unlimited. Told her I was thinking of trading it in for a Cherokee Trailhawk. She said she would get a manager to contact me. That day, I got a call from Andrew Scott, who was very personable and great to work with. Referring me to Colleen Harnack, we took the Cherokee for a test drive (a long one!) then sat with her to complete the trade in of 2015 Wrangler and purchase of 2015 Cherokee Trailhawk. The best thing about this dealership is that both Drew and Colleen were very open to discussing pricing and understanding what I was looking for. Also, working with Nicole Whiting in Finance was a quick and easy discussion. I am happy that I went to Fraser Chrysler as it was a true collaboration to make sure it was a win-win for all of us. She exceeded our expectations and landed us a gorgeous mini van with everything you need to keep the kids entertained inside! She was so helpful and knowledgeable about our caravan and always was there to answer any question that I had! Sherry did our finances and had it go through super quick and super easily! It made the experience so wonderful and she worked so hard to make sure we got everything we wanted in the van for the price we could afford!
