Great experience When I first arrived at Fraser Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I was apprehesive that the sales people would be either pushy or brush me off as I did not k When I first arrived at Fraser Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I was apprehesive that the sales people would be either pushy or brush me off as I did not know exactly what van I wanted. Dealing with Colleen at Fraser Chrysler was by far a great experience. Colleen asked me what I was looking to purchase, what size of family, activities etc., knew my budget and steered me to stay within (refreshing not to be pushed into a higher priced purchase). She went over everything very thoroughly what the differences were between the SXT, 35th Anniversary and GT as I am an attention to detail person it was a longer process and she was very patient. I ended up purchasing the Grand Caravan GT and am very happy with it. Colleen has followed up with me a few times to see if I have any questions and how things are going, which I appreciate. Chrysler Pacifica Colleen reached out to me online after I was considering a upgrade from my 2016 Grand Caravan which I bought there...decided to go to see and talk abo Colleen reached out to me online after I was considering a upgrade from my 2016 Grand Caravan which I bought there...decided to go to see and talk about what was available in a new Grand Caravan...she suggested I take the Pacifica for a drive but before I did she took the time to go over the features and benefits of this van ...so I was almost hooked at that point...went for a drive and it was everything she said it was so the deal was made... I wanted red and and got red ...Brett located one and made it happen. Great team work there ...Brett was my sales person previously ...and now that he has moved up...I have Colleen my new sales person that I can rely on to take care of my vehicle needs. She is awesome. Brake Work Done Had brakes service and oil change. Had an issue in securing an appt. I had left a voice mail with the appointment coordinator and still had not receiv Had brakes service and oil change. Had an issue in securing an appt. I had left a voice mail with the appointment coordinator and still had not received a call back after almost 2 hours. I called again and received a live person who was most pleasant. Received an appt for just a few days later. I know your website said you guys were very busy but still......I think you need to fix this. Also an issue with my front brake pads--they are original to March 2017 and I had had 8 mm left in June 2019. At this service, I now have 10 mm. Wonderful that my brake pads seem to get better after time but this should be reviewed. More

not too happy, question above would be answered DON'T known - had my winter tires installed - when done we had electrical problems that were not present before which were fixed (under warranty - this was the - had my winter tires installed - when done we had electrical problems that were not present before which were fixed (under warranty - this was the second time the anti-theft lug nuts were stripped, which implies the nuts are over torqued or bad quality lug nuts. (all work done only by your dealership so far) - when leaving the dealership, noticed 2 tires were underinflated and we not told to come back for a re-torque More
