The people that work at Franke Mercedes will tell you what you want to ear, but when it comes to prices or to credits they don't move and they don't want to keep their long term clients happy! Our family had over 12 Mercedes all from Franke and when we had a problem on one of them during the lease return they said that because we are not buying another Mercedes immediately they won't give us any credit, but 4 months after we got 2 new Mercedes from them and they said that they didn't remember that statement regarding the credit from last time! I don't recommend Franke Mercedes especially not Pierre Leblanc that never returns his calls or emails. More
