Does not adhere to quality standard Bought a used car that had three evident scratches on it. as part of the negotiations the dealer agreed to repair the scratches at no cost. On pick Bought a used car that had three evident scratches on it. as part of the negotiations the dealer agreed to repair the scratches at no cost. On pick up, one of the three scratches (largest) was repaired - when questioned as to why the others were not he indicated that they may have missed it and that I should bring it back it. It has been over a month and I am still driving with a scratched up vehicle. I even e-mailed the pictures to the sales rep so it would be clear that it was done on the date of pick up. More
