Tried to rip me off The Multi Point Inspection told me my rear brake pads had only 2 or less mm left and wanted me to replace them as it failed the test. I went to another place to replace the pads as these guys price was too high. The other garage told me there is more than 40% left in the pads and doesn't need replacement now. Disappointing. So everyone should be aware. More

Went for my second oil change today, service guy says we need to replacement the valve cover gasket. Never coming back, i just wanted to get my free oil change, now you want to replace a gasket! Bet you want to replace my brake pads to. $160 free oil change! Thank you for looking for other things to replace! More

The best they tried to do was tell me that I needed new rear tires on my Ridgeline. This was 3 days after putting 4 new tires on the truck. One time they forgot to tighten the oil pan drain plug and I lost all the oil on my driveway. This was 2 days before a planned drive to Florida. They charged my wife for 2 alignments in less than 6 months. No reason other than it was time for it. They will try and up sell every service you bring your vehicle in for. More
Dishonest and overcharges I went on 12 Feb. 2017 for a recall service to replace battery sensor for my 2015 Accord. While there, I told the service man about an issue with my c I went on 12 Feb. 2017 for a recall service to replace battery sensor for my 2015 Accord. While there, I told the service man about an issue with my car's ignition lock cyclinder. He went to check by starting my car at which time it didn't. The service consultant: Michael Fong said to me. You need to pay $125.00 to inspect it and if the battery has a problem; your $125.00 will waiver the labour costs to replace. When I hesitated; he then said the battery was dead and that after the work done on the battery sensor(for the recall)you will need a tow truck. He then went on to tell me my brake needed to be replaced. He try to ask me to fix more stuff there. I told him to just fix the battery. After I paid and got the report it said my battery was at 56%. I have a lot question. 1. My battery have over 50% remain, why did i still need to have it replaced? 2. They charged me $160.00 for labour to replace battery. How much charges per hour in service. How long put a battery in my car? 3. I brough my car to another garage on the same day and they said my brakes were fine why did they say that needed to be replaced as well? More

Ordering a key It will take four trips to the dealer office to get a spare key. 1) Pay and ordering the key (not in stock). 2) Go when indicated to get the key It will take four trips to the dealer office to get a spare key. 1) Pay and ordering the key (not in stock). 2) Go when indicated to get the key. The key cutter was down, had co come back next day. 3) Get the key, but it has to be programed. Three hours waiting time so I had to come next day. The question here is why the client has to go to pick up the key and then give it to the Service department why this can not be done internally so the client save a completely usless trip to your offices. 4) Go to the offices again to get the key programed. Just incredible!! and the attitude is: "this is the way it works, nobody else can make the key so you have no choice". Hopefully someone at Honda would read this comment and do something about it. More
