Wonderful experience I am very happy with my new 2016 Elantra,all thanks to Omid and Focus Hyundai. Excellent customer service and sales - 2 time Elantra owner I had been to another dealership before contacting Focus and being put in touch with Rod. I wanted to do a test drive of the 2017 Elantra and I am gue I had been to another dealership before contacting Focus and being put in touch with Rod. I wanted to do a test drive of the 2017 Elantra and I am guessing because of my postal code was referred to the other dealership. I did, however, purchase my very first Elantra here at Focus, with a very positive sales experience, which is why I returned almost 4 years later. Focus has a very different sales philosophy and you can appreciate this after dealing with the others. And while the dollars and cents are definitely a part of the equation, their attitude and client-centered focus is what sets them apart. Rod was helpful and made the experience easy. No buyer's remorse here!! More

Over all Great Experience Spouse and I went in to look at a Sonata Hybrid Limited and despite the initial hiccups with getting the scheduled test drive setup (dead battery) the Spouse and I went in to look at a Sonata Hybrid Limited and despite the initial hiccups with getting the scheduled test drive setup (dead battery) they took it in strides, and didn't make it feel awkward and keeping us engaged. Don & Dennis were incredibly helpful the entire process and did a great job explaining all costs, features and quirks about the car. In the end we decided to go with a Sonata Hybrid Limited with Tech Package After purchasing Don spent time with us going over how to use a lot of the features and the general in's and outs of the vehicle. We'll definitely be returning for our next car purchase as our second car is getting ready for retirement. And will have huge amounts of confidence referring friends/family to them More
