I was deali My experience with sales rep Rodney Neufeld at focus Hyundai I emailed Hyundai with an offer for used vehicle that they had advertised. I was dealing with Rodney Neufeld and got quick responses from my emails. After a few emails back-and-forth day eventually excepted my offer so I went to purchase the vehicle . When I arrived at the The dealership everyone was friendly and very nice place was awesome. Rodney showed me the vehicle I took it for a test drive everything was in great shape like they said. So I signed the offer and waited for management to complete the sale. While waiting hey have a great waiting area with an amazing cappuccino machine and TV to watch if you wish. Little later went and saw the manager sign the papers paid for the vehicle and I was off. It was a amazing experience compared to two previous experiences I had the week before at two different dealers. Loeppky auto in Steinbach the week before except my offer through email but when I went in would not give it to me for the price agreed upon. The second bad experience I had was Westpark motors in Altona , where I had gone in and test drove a car told him I want to buy it they need to check one thing that was wrong with it and call me for the purchase. Later that day the salesman called me and told me they sold the car on me. I was very ticked off. So it was very refreshing dealing with Rodney at focus Hyundai they kept their word and treating me appropriately Thank you Rodney and focus Hyundai. More
