This was my first service since purchase. It was for oil change, tire swap and recall. At pick up I was given several sheets of paper stapled together. It was not reviewed with me. I didn’t mind. It was fairly clean and didn’t need it but thought it shouldn’t have been noted in the paperwork and communicated if it was not done. When I got home I read through the paper work and I noticed that I was to come back in a week for tire torque. That was not mentioned. Had I not read it I wouldn’t have known. (First time I’ve had snow tires so not aware of the process.). I called to book an appointment to do so thinking it would have made sense to do that when I picked up the car but was told an appointment wasn’t needed. I would suggest that service personnel tell people in case they are winter tire newbies like me. Getting the “welcome to the service center” info sheet might have been better received on check-in rather than check out. I was a former business owner and am a stickler for customer information. All in all my experience was good, but not button down on a couple areas. These would not be repeat situations as now I know what to expect. More
