Vehicle went to Finch Collision at Finch Hyundai for a comprehensive claim. My vehicle was gone for 17 days. I wasn't kept in the loop as to what was happening and had to email them myself to inquire abou comprehensive claim. My vehicle was gone for 17 days. I really don't care about anything either than the condition of my vehicle once it was returned to me. They didn't put the skid plate back on, forgot the lower valence, two lower shields, used an aftermarket fender liner that didn't fit properly, didn't fix the other fender liner at all, attached pieces of my vehicle using black zip ties and then threw some in the trunk for me to find afterwards. They denied using black zip ties even though I have before and after pictures and no, there are no black zip ties. I am a 25 year old single woman, why would I have a bunch of black zip ties in my house? They claimed that they were on there before the vehicle went in. I have had to get lawyers involved. I refuse to get these inadequate mechanics to fix their mistake. I don't trust them with a TWENTY foot pole. More

I purchased my 2016 tucson from here and it has been nothing but problems. I have now had the car for almost 2 years, 2 years of horrible headaches. The car started drinking oil like crazy, as in a litre a week, so I brought it in and they decided to do an oil consumption test. I had to bring my car in every thousand kilometres and, since I moved, I lived an hour away from the closest Hyundai. So everyday on my 1 day off a week I drove an hour there and an hour back. Then when i moved back home, this Hyundai told me none of those consumption tests were transferable to this Hyundai? In the end, I had to call Owen Sound and ask them to fax that xxxx over and my car was averaging 1 litre of oil or more every week. But according to Finch that is in their "acceptable range". COOL COOL. So I brought the car to my uncles garage and asked finch for all the records they have on my car for my uncle to look at. THEY USED THE WRONG OIL 6/8 TIMES THEY DID MY OIL CHANGE. MY CAR IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 5W20 AND THEY PUT 0W20 or 5W30.. depending how they were feeling that day i guess. All in all, lesson learned, STAY AWAY More

It has been a struggle since the first repair. Left multiple messages over a mth period for service techs which were unanswered-paid for valet but when same warranty items persisted I was asked to pay multiple messages over a mth period for service techs which were unanswered-paid for valet but when same warranty items persisted I was asked to pay again for the service. A third time it took 8 hr for the staff to inform me it would be another $2000 yet many of the items on the list had been replaced just 3 mth earlier and were still under warranty-everything was a struggle. Sadly, I would never recommend this dealership. More
I dropped my vehicle off for service at 1030am and I told the Jeff the advisor that I needed my vehicle back by 330pm no later and when I got to the dealership to pick my vehicle up at 350pm it was not comp the Jeff the advisor that I needed my vehicle back by 330pm no later and when I got to the dealership to pick my vehicle up at 350pm it was not complete. I explained that I needed to be at a prior engagement by 430pm and the advisor asked me where I needed to be! I don't believe that this was any of his business and I was appalled that he would even ask as I told him I need my vehicle by 330pm no later. From this point I proceeded to wait another hour for my vehicle and missed my appointment as the advisor disregarded the importance of my prior engagement. I was also not called throughout the day to give me any updates as to what was wrong with my vehicle or that it was not going to be ready at my set time. Overall I was very unhappy with this service appointment and I have concerns about bringing it back for any service appointments in the future. More
I was in to have work done on my car. I had questions about the work and Darlene from service assisted me and was able to answer all the questions I had. Not being a car person it was a great help having about the work and Darlene from service assisted me and was able to answer all the questions I had. Overall had a great experience because of this and will return to Finch Hyundai due to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. More

I was spoken to as though I was a child despite the fact that I am a 50 year old woman. She gives an air of both superiority and indifference despite the fact that I was calling regarding a known issue for which my vehicle has been in four times already, and for which there is currently a class action suit against Hyundai at this time I have dealt with the owner who was great to deal with but Darlene makes me wish I could take my problems with the vehicle elsewhere just to avoid having to deal with this arrogant, rude and non customer friendly representative. If you purchase from Hyundai I pray that you have no major issues to deal that require you having to deal with her More
