Bought a 2018 Tucson brand new back in March of 2018. Everything was great until this past year (2022) - constant repairs on rotors and breaks. - ate oil like crazy. - my cylinders holding my hatch g Everything was great until this past year (2022) - constant repairs on rotors and breaks. - ate oil like crazy. - my cylinders holding my hatch gave out. - turning blinker worked when it wanted. - and the cherry on top is I had to replace my MOTOR at 4 years old. My mechanic in town told me he’s had 6 other customers complaining of the same problem this past year, all Hyundai/genesis. No lights appeared on my dash to warn me of a problem, I’ve been with no vehicle for almost 2 months now as apparently it’s been hard to get parts. Im beyond devastated. I will never buy another Hyundai. More
I had an appointment for a recall 9:30am! 4:00 pm when I called them because I never got a phone call Jeff said never got in for repair! My name is Gord Fisher bought the car there! Since Feb. 25th,2022 my car is there. Seriously, I had the worst experience of my life here at Finch Hyundai. I strongly recommend that you avoid this place no 25th,2022 my car is there. My vehicle has been waiting for parts for more than 15 weeks (work scheduled to be completed in two weeks) They never contacted me first. Tired of waiting, I contacted them every time Worst of all is that I'm still waiting for the parts for almost four months, plus I'm paying for the rental car. They don't help me at all and I have to pay thousands of dollars for the rental car. How did something so unfair happen to me? They haven't done anything for my convenience in that long time. Why do I have to bear this mental and economic burden? They should have contacted me regularly at least and provided me with convenience for vehicles. They can only tell me to wait. They are not willing to provide any convenience. Why do I have to hold out for four months to cover thousands of dollars for a rental car? How long do I have to wait for my car to be repaired? More

I send emails (my last two) and do not have answers. By the phone I asked them to ask the supplier how would take to get the parts and let me know, no answer again. I live far away (500km) to the body shop and can do nothing else than waiting they are in a good mood and keep me posted. More

I had my rocker panel fixed (3 days after it was dented on a car less than a year old) so no chance it started rusting before bringing it to the shop I had my rocker panel fixed (3 days after it was dented on a car less than a year old) so no chance it started rusting before bringing it to the shop. 6 months later it starts rusting and when I contact them about it (because they say they offer lifetime warranty on their work aslong as you own the car) I was ignored So I went in there in person and was told they took pics and I would be contacted. 2 months later and still no contact so basically just trying to dodge me. Quite shady. Second part:After waiting 6 weeks for them to even start my car(because they're waiting on a window) but could've done the entire job and put the glass in afterwards. I had my door repainted a new mirror put on, a driver's side window, and a crease pulled from my rear driver side door. When I picked up the car there was paint on the inside of my car (steering wheel, dashboard windshield and side window) the weather stripping for the window was all meased up so it woupd leak and whistle at higher speeds and the exterior trim was loose and wobbling around. Not to mention the car wasn't even washed! So I returned with the car a few days later when I had the time to do so and showed them what a crappy job they had done. They said they would fix it on the spot in 20 minutes. I agreed and said ok but I have to leave in 25 for work. They took 50 minutes and still didn't fix it properly, made me late for work and didn't seem to care that I was waiting to go and was only there because of their screw up! I'd love to post some pics here. And If possible I'd give this dealership a negative star review. More
Vehicle went to Finch Collision at Finch Hyundai for a comprehensive claim. My vehicle was gone for 17 days. I wasn't kept in the loop as to what was happening and had to email them myself to inquire abou comprehensive claim. My vehicle was gone for 17 days. I wasn't kept in the loop as to what was happening and had to email them myself to inquire about my vehicle. Brittany was my appraiser. I really don't care about anything either than the condition of my vehicle once it was returned to me. They didn't put the skid plate back on, forgot the lower valence, two lower shields, used an aftermarket fender liner that didn't fit properly, didn't fix the other fender liner at all, attached pieces of my vehicle using black zip ties and then threw some in the trunk for me to find afterwards. They denied using black zip ties even though I have before and after pictures and no, there are no black zip ties. I am a 25 year old single woman, why would I have a bunch of black zip ties in my house? They claimed that they were on there before the vehicle went in. I have had to get lawyers involved. I refuse to get these inadequate mechanics to fix their mistake. I don't trust them with a TWENTY foot pole. More

I purchased my 2016 tucson from here and it has been nothing but problems. I have now had the car for almost 2 years, 2 years of horrible headaches. The car started drinking oil like crazy, as in a litre a week, so I brought it in and they decided to do an oil consumption test. I had to bring my car in every thousand kilometres and, since I moved, I lived an hour away from the closest Hyundai. So everyday on my 1 day off a week I drove an hour there and an hour back. Then when i moved back home, this Hyundai told me none of those consumption tests were transferable to this Hyundai? In the end, I had to call Owen Sound and ask them to fax that xxxx over and my car was averaging 1 litre of oil or more every week. But according to Finch that is in their "acceptable range". COOL COOL. So I brought the car to my uncles garage and asked finch for all the records they have on my car for my uncle to look at. THEY USED THE WRONG OIL 6/8 TIMES THEY DID MY OIL CHANGE. MY CAR IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 5W20 AND THEY PUT 0W20 or 5W30.. depending how they were feeling that day i guess. All in all, lesson learned, STAY AWAY More
