Great vehicles and great dealership I've purchased many vehicles from Finch over the last 25 years since I started driving. I left for a bit while I needed a mini-van but now I'm back. Nothing beats a car company that includes a longer warranty because they believe in their cars. When my Dad passed I was able to walk in and get my Mom a vehicle with ease and at a great and fair price that both of us could live with. Within a year I walked back in for myself and bought another vehicle for myself. Cristian is an amazing sales person who works with you to get the best price and ensure you are comfortable with your purchase all while applying no pressure. Clint works with you to get you the best rate and to protect your purchase, and Evan was great at helping get me the best price for the trade and helping. More

A Friendly Face I had visited every car dealer in London looking for an SUV. When I came into Finch Hyundai I was impressed by the Tucson and was interested in taking I had visited every car dealer in London looking for an SUV. When I came into Finch Hyundai I was impressed by the Tucson and was interested in taking it for a test drive. I noticed a dealer who had his coat and bag and looked like he was leaving for the day... he gave a warm smile and asked if we were doing ok. I told him I was interested in testing the Tucson. He asked for me to give him 2 minutes and he went and put his things back in his office. He spent the next hour and half speaking with me and taking me for a test drive. He was not pushy or rude, he gave me what I feel was honest feedback on the vehicle and what kind of pricing I would be looking at. After visiting at least 10 other dealerships that day, this was the only sales representative I met with whom I felt at ease with. His customer service skills are by far exceptional. I'm not sure if he was late for dinner that evening or not but I totally appreciate the time and effort he put into making me feel like I mattered and that he was going to help me get the vehicle I wanted. I have recommended the Finch Hyundai dealership to several people... and I will continue to do so in the future. I know I will be back to deal with Jeff again when the time comes to trade in my Tucson! More
Fantastic Experience at Finch Hyundai! My wife and I started looking for a new car about 2 months ago and had surveyed most of the dealerships in London and had decided to focus more on Fin My wife and I started looking for a new car about 2 months ago and had surveyed most of the dealerships in London and had decided to focus more on Finch Hyundai. We are very glad we did! Early on a Saturday I wandered into the dealership looking for a late model Elantra or Sonata. Larry McMullan greeted me and we quickly hit it off talking about cars in general and Hyundai's in particular. After looking at a few cars on the lot Larry suggested I consider the Genesis they had sitting in the showroom. It was a gorgeous car, fully loaded with every bell and whistle, but was not what we had initially tho9ught we would be looking for. I left with some food for thought. A weel later Larry called us to let us know a Sonata 2.0T had come in and my wife and I went in to test drive it. We liked it and thought that would be the car for us, but then we re-drove the Genesis. There was no comparison for us, the Genny won us over instantly! Our heartfelt thanks to Larry for his no pressure approach, and for his willingness to stay with us to finalize the deal an hour after the dealership closed. His suggestion to expand our search to include the Genesis was the best car advice ever! We have had the car for a couple of weeks and absolutely love it (as do all our friends)!!! Thanks to Larry and Finch Hyundai for making our shopping and purchasing experience so FANTASTIC!!! More

2009 Genesis Tech package stereo audio not functioning Our 2009 genesis stereo "audio" including music, blue tooth and navigation "turn by turn narrator" stopped working. Visual navigation, back up camera Our 2009 genesis stereo "audio" including music, blue tooth and navigation "turn by turn narrator" stopped working. Visual navigation, back up camera and heater/air conditioning controls would still work however there was no audio with any device. The problem turned out to be extremely difficult to isolate but with pure determination Jeff Vallas, his mechanics and the support of their Hyundai technical family, they diagnosed and resolved the issue. There are a lot of expensive items associated with the system including but not limited to the display, stereo head, wiring harness and amplifier. Although I am sure that it may have been advantageous for the service department to bill me for the several items, I am grateful that this was not the end result. In reality when completed all of my working devices were returned to their in dash home and only the malfunctioning items were replaced, which thankfully saved me a great amount of money. During the process Jeff arranged and provided us with a rental vehicle and his professionalism and friendliness were second to none. Thank you kindly to Jeff and the Hyundai team. More
