I purchased my car about six months ago. I was nervous because I had never bought a car on my own before. Being a single female that doesn't know much about cars, you hear horror stories of how sales people take advantage of people and lie, then you are stuck. I had no reason to fear this thank goodness. My salesman was very patient, friendly, knowledgable, and professional. The whole process was painless and quick. A couple of weeks after my purchase, I had an issue with a defective trunk latch, I brought it into the dealership and it was fixed with no hassle. I remember thinking I was very glad I decided to purchase my car at Finch Hyundai. Six months later I went in for my first oil change, and I ran into my saleman again. He remembered my name, first and last and I was amazed. Every person I have been in touch with from sales, to reception, service, etc. have all been professional, curteous, kind and efficient.
