My dad wanted to go in and see Hass Hijazi to help us out and unfortunately he wasn't there. But we did meet Chris Latis and i can't begin to tell you how wonderful he was, how patient and wonderful. He listened to what my dad wanted, he didn't push us to buy any vehicle (but gave his opinion and honestly when necessary). I was very impressed at the care he had towards our needs and not his. We found the perfect vehicle for my dad and Hass Hijazi found out my dad was in to buy a car and he worked very closely with Chris while he was away due to personal reasons (amazed me) - I appreciate the time and effort that was put into this deal from both. Their professionalism and kindness made me regain my trust in Finch. This location has wonderful People working for it and their customer service is exceptional. He then informed me that there was an upgraded version, the limited. He then told me all the great features about the car and I was instantly sold! Larry also kept me informed on how the progress with all the paper work was going and always let me know if I need something extra. Larry was a great help and made my experice at the dealership that much more appreciable. We were greeted by Sean Fitzpatrick who was right there to help us find the exact vehicle that we were We were in the market for a new Santa Fe Sport. We were greeted by Sean Fitzpatrick who was right there to help us find the exact vehicle that we were looking for. He let us test drive the vehicle and we were sold. We went back to the dealership, told him what we wanted for our trade, he and the sales manager worked very hard to give us exactly what we wanted. We then went into Clints office to finalise the paperwork, got an incredible deal on the protection package. He even stayed well after closing time to finish up with us. They made an appointment for us to pickup the new vehicle, Sean was there waiting for us. He warmed it up for us, took us out and explained how everything worked and took the time to make sure we were totally satisfied before we left. I have bought a lot of new cars over the years, but this was one of the easiest and best experiences I've ever had. I know where I will be buying my next vehicle and sending people to buy theirs.
