My dad wanted to go in and see Hass Hijazi to help us out and unfortunately he wasn't there. But we did meet Chris Latis and i can't begin to tell you how wonderful he was, how patient and wonderful. He listened to what my dad wanted, he didn't push us to buy any vehicle (but gave his opinion and honestly when necessary). I was very impressed at the care he had towards our needs and not his. We found the perfect vehicle for my dad and Hass Hijazi found out my dad was in to buy a car and he worked very closely with Chris while he was away due to personal reasons (amazed me) - I appreciate the time and effort that was put into this deal from both. Their professionalism and kindness made me regain my trust in Finch. This location has wonderful People working for it and their customer service is exceptional. Larry sugested the 2015 sonata GLS, told me about all the features and then let me test drive it to see if I liked what I see, and I did. He then informed me that there was an upgraded version, the limited. He then told me all the great features about the car and I was instantly sold! Larry also kept me informed on how the progress with all the paper work was going and always let me know if I need something extra. Larry was a great help and made my experice at the dealership that much more appreciable.
