We happened across the dealership while visiting London on a Sunday and were first impressed with how well organized all the new and used vehicles were. We then happened to chat with someone at a gas station who was driving a Santa Fe and she highly recommended Finch Hyundai and Jameel in particular. So I emailed him when I got home. His customer service was exemplary over email and text. We had also been in touch with a local dealership whose customer service came nowhere near to Jameel's and that's why we decided to travel all the way to London and back twice in order to buy from Jameel. He was honest, friendly, helpful and very responsive by phone, text or email. He listened to our needs. He didn't try to sell anything we didn't need. Even the finance manager Clint Johnston was excellent - the first time in 50 years that we actually bought an extended warranty and protection plan! Clint explained the benefits very well and wasn't at all pushy - we were able to think about the decision for 24 hours before confirming. I recommend Finch Hyundai and Jameel and Clint unreservedly!
