He was the first sales person that I had dealt with that really put our interests first. He didn't play some of the typical games and pressures that are often done in the competitive auto industry. He was honest and went out of his way to assist us and gave us various scenarios within our price range. He had a great deal of patience dealing with us as we kept changing our mind on what vehicle and year to purchase. He also remembered us each time we came in for service appts and took the time to talk to us. We shared many a nice conversation while I waited for my vehicle. Initially we just wanted to trade in our Veracruz for a new Sante Fe and maybe an Accent or Elantra but we soon realized that dynamic just would not work... someone would still be without a car if Dad went on a trip. So, with the help and incredible patience of Cris Latis, we purchased 3 cars AND 1 for my mother in law who had been driving a Buick Allure for 8 years.
