He was the first sales person that I had dealt with that My first experience with Syd was in in 2013 when he assisted us in buying our 2013 Santa Fe. He was the first sales person that I had dealt with that really put our interests first. He didn't play some of the typical games and pressures that are often done in the competitive auto industry. He was honest and went out of his way to assist us and gave us various scenarios within our price range. He had a great deal of patience dealing with us as we kept changing our mind on what vehicle and year to purchase. He also remembered us each time we came in for service appts and took the time to talk to us. We shared many a nice conversation while I waited for my vehicle. Accordingly we did not hesitate to contact Syd when we decided to trade in our 2013 for a 2017 Santa. Syd provided the same high level of personal service and friendship in the purchase of our new vehicle. I never hesitate to recommend him to family and friends when they mention purchasing a vehicle. Trading in 2014 Sante fe I understand that you're going to get less money from a dealership for your trade in. I was offered $16,000 for my trade in but when I looked at the I understand that you're going to get less money from a dealership for your trade in. I was offered $16,000 for my trade in but when I looked at the copy of the deal it's at $14750. So I asked what was up with that. And they said that to include the GST in the total price which would bring it up to 16,000 for my used vehicle. The manager Ray told me this. So when I did get the final documents to sign the agreement it said I only got $14,750. So my actual payout to the bank was $18,862.14 left from existing loan and Hyundai only gave me $14,887 which was a difference of over 4112.14. This is my third vehicle from Hyundai. And this time, I felt rushed through the whole process and this will be the last time I buy from Finch Hyandai. More
