Great service, knowledgeable staff and excellent experience. The first day we visit Finch Hyundai it was the last dealership we visited on a long Saturday looking for a Plug-in hybrid or fully Electric Vehicle. The first day we visit Finch Hyundai it was the last dealership we visited on a long Saturday looking for a Plug-in hybrid or fully Electric Vehicle. We checked two Nissan dealers, the other Hyundai in town, two more Honda dealers, two Kia places and finally Finch Hyundai. Unfortunately, when we got there, it was already closed. But Tom saw us, went outside, briefly explained a few car options, gave us his business card and in a friendly manner invited us to come back the following week during business hours. That small detail, after seeing some of other sales persons that day, was a big plus from the beginning. After that, Tom didn't disappoint. Very knowledgable of Hyundai Electric, Hybrid, and Plug-in Hybrid vehicles. He had an answer for all of our questions regarding the different technologies, comfort and safety features. During the test drive he explained the different driving modes and what to expect from this type of vehicles. He listened to our needs and wants, he proposed a few alternatives and he was very patient. Once we decided he showed us different financing options and all the negotiations were very friendly. Very profesional and not pushy at all with funny frases here and there. Regarding our car, an Ionic Plug-in Hybrid... WE LOVE IT!!! It's quiet, we drive it most of the time in EV mode, we get more than 50km in electric mode only, we charge it over night, it is confortable, the safety features are great (lane assist, rear camera, detection of cross traffic or pedestrians when in reverse, etc). The hybrid mode is not as responsive as the electric mode, unless you use the "sport" mode, but we are OK so far using the electric mode 95% of the time. Great job Hyundai, Finch, and Tom! More

I had never driven or owned a Hyundai prior and before my accident my son had purchased his first car from Jihad and when I met him I was pleased with I had never driven or owned a Hyundai prior and before my accident my son had purchased his first car from Jihad and when I met him I was pleased with how accommodating and nice he was,, so after I picked up my loner car I thought I will go see Jihad at Finch and as soon as I drove in he was right there,, always smiling and just a nice guy,, right away I saw th car I wanted and he worked with me and making this happen as there was a waiting period thru the insurance company,, he made everything run smoothly,, not to mention my Elantra coupe is awesome 😊 More
They installed a faulty wiper and blamed me In December, I brought my car in for an oil change, put on my winter tires and get my wipers changed. After I left, I noticed a mark where the bottom In December, I brought my car in for an oil change, put on my winter tires and get my wipers changed. After I left, I noticed a mark where the bottom of the wiper was. In the spring, I was getting gas and my son wanted to clean my windows. He complained that he could not get the mark off. This was when I discovered that the wire on the wiper etched my windshield. This happened after my spring oil change where nothing was said to me. I phoned the dealership and spoke to the service attendant. This person told me that the best they could do was offer me a new wiper blade, since it was still under warranty. I asked to speak to the manager and was given her voicemail. I left a message to explain that I was not happy with the wiper exchange. I felt it was the responsibility of the dealership to fix my windshield. I never got a return phone call. I filled out the Hyundai Canada service questionnaire and heard nothing. Today, I decided to go into the dealership and hoped to get some satisfaction. I was told that I had waited too long and something must have hit the wiper to cause the damage to the wiper. I was told that I should have changed my wiper blades every six months. When I was in for my spring appointment, the service manager was too busy to talk to me. I was never asked about my wipers. I left today and vowed that I would never buy another Hyundai or bring my car into the dealership for regular maintenance. I left feeling that I was attacked. I was told a tree could of caused this. My own thoughts are if I metal support wire could bend, then my windshield should be cracked. I did not buy the line. I feel this dealership is all talk but no action. They say that they want customer happiness and satisfaction. I believe that this is just a line of BS. More
