Excellent work, my mom's car was in for recall for underbody corrosion, Candace had me booked for Saturday afternoon and Ea in service department, he had it looked after, he had the technician inspect underbody corrosion, Candace had me booked for Saturday afternoon and Ea in service department, he had it looked after, he had the technician inspect it and the underside of the car was rust proofed to prevent any rust and corrosion, the car was also washed when they were done. The Staff’s (who is in a higher position) behavior was unpleasant when I arrived to cancel my vehicle order and request a refund of my $500 deposit. As a customer an experience from a person in that posit unpleasant when I arrived to cancel my vehicle order and request a refund of my $500 deposit. As a customer an experience from a person in that position really degrades the face value of the company. He informed me that the deposit is only refundable upon receiving the vehicle, contrary to what I was initially told by the financial manager that I could cancel at any time and get a refund, after long arguments they gave my deposit back. As a customer I don’t expect to be treated rudely.I Won’t recommend this place to any one future. More
