Questionable Practices I went there to get a quote on a new Ioniq and they tried to sell me a used Ioniq in stock. After received the quote for the used Ioniq, I realized th I went there to get a quote on a new Ioniq and they tried to sell me a used Ioniq in stock. After received the quote for the used Ioniq, I realized the sales amount they were charging was more than the MSRP on a new Ioniq and the car had 13,760 kms. Also, they actually did not give me a detailed quote on a new Ioniq (probably to hide the MSRP). Also the Carfax printout and history seemed suspicious. They said it was a fleet car but the previous owner was a Ford dealer in Midland Ontario. More

Even though I wasn't buying a brand, new top of the range, hugely expensive, bells and whistles car these guys treated me like I was. Can't rate them highly enough. Just amazing. More
