I had previously owned an Elantra that was purchased from Finch. I had problems with the service department with that vehicle as well. I really didn't want to deal with Finch Hyundai when I needed to purchase a new vehicle but "management " promised me that the service department had been greatly improved. Obviously not! I understand you have to make an attempt to make it seem like you tried to resolve the inability of your service advisor, but, I highly doubt that the lack of communication and professionalism is a priority to Finch Hyundai or the service department
