Muhana is fantastic, very courteous, and helpful. Please go to him as he makes you feel comfortable, not pushed. Thank you Muhana. I recently purchased a new (to me) vehicle from Moe. I originally went to see Moe about purchasing a particular vehicle and he could tell me heart wasn't is it. Clint, Jameel and Musaab Ibrahim, READ THIS CAREFULLY: Hands down, the most incompetent dealership that I have dealt with in the last 7 years! Specifically speaking, if you want to be totally misguid Hands down, the most incompetent dealership that I have dealt with in the last 7 years! Specifically speaking, if you want to be totally misguided and receive as much misinformation as possible, then deal with Clint and Jameel. As a co-signer of my friend, who just immigrated to Canada a month ago, for a hyundai sonata, I am shockingly surprised how these people are even allowed to run a car dealership here in Canada. Even if my friend has provided them with all the details about his status in Canada, credit situation and the fact that he does not have much credit history as a new immigrant, they misguided him into a "potential lease agreement" all the way to the very end, pulled a hard credit report on him AND myself as a cosigner, just to let him know he does not qualify for the lease agreement..... Now that my friend's credit history and mine are severely damaged due to their hard pull, we are left clueless on what to do for his car.....Hyundai Canada should vet their dealerships way more thoroughly in terms of qualifications and staff integrity. 0 star for this place. More

Don’t waste your time at Hyundai! I tried to lease a Sonata 2022 base model (preferred). They have HARD credit checked me without informing me!! Even when it is not crowded, it took over 2 hours to fini Sonata 2022 base model (preferred). They have HARD credit checked me without informing me!! Even when it is not crowded, it took over 2 hours to finish the process!! They are even not as busy as other brands! They didn’t know what to do and we had to wait for 20mins outside till the salesperson grab the keys! They wasted one week of me and at the end they told me they can't give me a leased car! Only finance! Their finance managers (Jameel and Clint) also don’t know their job and can’t estimate the customer’s situation!! After 3 days they told us that I need a co-signor! And even when I introduced one of my friend with great credit and PR, they refused to give me a lease!! Many of my friends with my situation (newcomer) could have a leased from Toyota and Honda. I have a full-time permanent job with great salary FYI! Not only they didn’t give me a lease, but also lowered my credit SCORE!!!! So disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. I have to go to work in 2-days (in person) which I can’t take a bus. I may lose my job because of HYUNDAI!!!! More
