My wife and I have bought 5 vehicles from Finch Hyundai over the years. Our latest car is a Santa Fe and our salesman was Jamie Coffin. Customer service has certainly gone downhill in the last three years. When I leased my vehicle in 2019 I was extremely happy with the sales associate who went above and beyond. Unfortunately he is no longer three years. When I leased my vehicle in 2019 I was extremely happy with the sales associate who went above and beyond. Unfortunately he is no longer with Finch Hyundai and everyone I have had to deal with to buy out my lease has been subpar. From the receptionist to the sales manager to the financial services manager. I had emails ignored, was ignored in person while the receptionist talked on her cell phone on a personal call, and did not have my ownership mailed to me as promised. When my husband had to drive into the dealership from out of town to pick up my ownership he was subjected to employees swearing across the parking lot at each other, the receptionist ignoring him and talking over his head, and the ownership not being left at the front desk for pick up as promised. Absolutely horrible customer service all around and I would certainly not recommend them to anyone. The only positive for the dealership is that their service department is very friendly and I have only had positive experiences with them. More

My daughter purchased a used Hyundai Elantra in the late summer. All seemed fine until we took it into Canadian Tire to have snow tires mounted. They asked if we had changed the oil as the dipstick did not summer. All seemed fine until we took it into Canadian Tire to have snow tires mounted. They asked if we had changed the oil as the dipstick did not register anything...! TERRIBLE. Explains why the car had stalled earlier going through an intersection. (going around a curve will slosh whatever oil you have and the sensors didn't pick any up so car stalled) Canadian Tire changed the oil and it will need to be done again soon to get all of the sludge out. You should not need to verify that a 'reputable' dealer has checked and changed the oil when you purchase a vehicle...this is absolutely fundamental. Will not trust this dealership to wash my car let alone do the free oil changes they offered with the purchase...I'd give a negative rating if the system allowed it. More
