Hello a timely matter isnt over aweek nor a wait of at least 5 minutes on the phone .. it was a serious matter to me since it invoived my brakes. I was told just to bring the car & leave it outside and someone would look at it eventually!!!!! I am a senior widowed , & always depended on the expertise of a place where i could at least ask a question!!! but as you see I have had no response. I since went elsewhere and will continue to give them my business... thank goodness it was not too serious a job but to me at the time i was very frightened to drive with the brakes as it was... plus i cant see how busy a dealership is that one waits 3 weeks for an oil change . i do realize the circumstances of what the covid has caused but i dont think the main population of london deals with Finch....
