I just took delivery of my 2022 Elantra Hybrid and am very pleased. Moe Chams was very helpful from start to finish. Initially I had to order a 2023 model and was looking forward to a long wait but Moe very pleased. Moe Chams was very helpful from start to finish. My vehicle has been waiting for parts for more than 15 weeks (work scheduled to be completed in two weeks) They never contacted me first. Tired of waiting, I contacted them every time Worst of all is that I'm still waiting for the parts for almost four months, plus I'm paying for the rental car. They don't help me at all and I have to pay thousands of dollars for the rental car. How did something so unfair happen to me? They haven't done anything for my convenience in that long time. Why do I have to bear this mental and economic burden? They should have contacted me regularly at least and provided me with convenience for vehicles. They can only tell me to wait. They are not willing to provide any convenience. Why do I have to hold out for four months to cover thousands of dollars for a rental car? How long do I have to wait for my car to be repaired? More
