We just bought a AS IS jeep from Finch Hyundai Moe was our Salesperson. He was great to deal with very up front with the condition of the Jeep. Purchased a brand new vehicle service in sales appeared ok, until I had my vehicle delivered.Car was not detailed, all sales stickers shoved in glove box,all glue left in windows,chips on new paint and had ok, until I had my vehicle delivered.Car was not detailed, all sales stickers shoved in glove box,all glue left in windows,chips on new paint and had asked for tinting of windows,paid $200 dollars extra recieved zero warranty on the tinting of vehicle. The salesman brought it home and did a amature job.When I called sales person Bassal he played headgames and verbatim reply was I never did the tint I do not know what your talking about.A con artist that sugar coats his words to get a sale and could care less about u as a unhappy customer.If there was zero I would have given zero. Last time they made and form of money from me or referral.You pay that kind of money and unprofessional,decietfuk customer service given to me This is based solely on my personal experience as a consumer dealing with London,Into Finch dealership. In the 20+ years with Finch at this location, I have never had to wait for minor service until recently. I got my winter maintenance done there last month, booked four months ago. I had a headlight never had to wait for minor service until recently. I got my winter maintenance done there last month, booked four months ago. I had a headlight burn out on the weekend and I was told by the customer service centre to wait until December for an appointment. My concern was then forwarded through the website to the service department. Three days later, not so much as a contact. With he previous service manager, there would have been an acknowledgement and an accommodation within this period of time. The CSR people always ask for a 9 or a 10 rating when Huyndai sends a survey and I have rated them thus becuase they deserve that rating. What would the rating be if they asked regular customers about service at this time of year. Certainly one or two appointments can be held for situations like this when one has to drive at night in the winter. More
