I went for a recall on my 2009 Tucson and left with a brand new 2014 Sante Fe Sport Luxery edition! How is that for being good salesmen! Ali Syed, new car Manager, had sold me a 2006 and 2009 Tucson b brand new 2014 Sante Fe Sport Luxery edition! How is that for being good salesmen! Ali Syed, new car Manager, had sold me a 2006 and 2009 Tucson brand new and my husband and I highly recommend dealing with him. This time round we dealt with Jeff Gregory mainly and had Ali helping on the side. What can we say about Jeff....HONEST FRIENDLY STRAIGHT SHOOTER!! Jeff had a response for each question we had and if he didn't he found one a.s.a.p.! Nothing was hidden under a car salesman "facade". His smile was, and is, sincere and his words are, and were, honest. We were looking at the new Tucson but it just didn't fit our needs anymore and Jeff suggested the Sante Fe Luxury edition, and it was super close to closing time too but he still let us take it out for a spin, that is customer service over and above my friends! Boy oh boy did Jeff hit the nail on the head with that vehicle, it was EXACTLY what we needed, all the way down to the colour! We did make him aware from moment one that we were not new to the car purchasing game and he appreciated our being up front. I recommend all people be well informed before visiting any dealership about purchases, a little homework goes a long way, we did our homework and that made things flow much smoother for us, Jeff and Ali. Anyone who knows me knows I tell it like it is and I do NOT mince words!! When I recommend someone or something I mean it and it means it is a great person or thing. Also when I trash something there is cause for it too! I had been looking for a car for a few months. I had given up on the Acura that I liked the most out of my 2 month search and headed into Finch Hyundai to look at some Elantras. I met with Sean Fitzpatrick and he was very friendly and outgoing and showed me a few different cars/options. Out of curiousity, I asked if it was possible for Finch to buy that Acura and then sell it to me. Within minutes he gave me a "yes"! I was driving the car exactly a week later! Ray in finance got me approved quickly and Sean made sure I was completely happy and got me into exactly what I wanted. Definately recommend Sean...he will make it happen! More

To be honest I had already test drove the vehicle I wanted at another dealership but was not convinced they were giving me the best deal I could get. Not only was the service I received better at Finch but the atmosphere was more comfortable and positive. Baldo went above and beyond finding my vehicle with the options and colour I wanted, and he also worked with me to get a far better deal than I would have received anywhere else. Even as the vehicle was being delivered he set me up with a loaner car so that I was not inconvenienced without a vehicle for too long. Not only would I recommend this dealer but he will be my first call for any future vehicle sales. Thank you for a great experience and a great vehicle. More
