I went for a recall on my 2009 Tucson and left with a brand new 2014 Sante Fe Sport Luxery edition! How is that for being good salesmen! Ali Syed, new car Manager, had sold me a 2006 and 2009 Tucson brand new and my husband and I highly recommend dealing with him. This time round we dealt with Jeff Gregory mainly and had Ali helping on the side. What can we say about Jeff....HONEST FRIENDLY STRAIGHT SHOOTER!! Jeff had a response for each question we had and if he didn't he found one a.s.a.p.! Nothing was hidden under a car salesman "facade". His smile was, and is, sincere and his words are, and were, honest. We were looking at the new Tucson but it just didn't fit our needs anymore and Jeff suggested the Sante Fe Luxury edition, and it was super close to closing time too but he still let us take it out for a spin, that is customer service over and above my friends! Boy oh boy did Jeff hit the nail on the head with that vehicle, it was EXACTLY what we needed, all the way down to the colour! We did make him aware from moment one that we were not new to the car purchasing game and he appreciated our being up front.
