My husband and I stopped at the Finch Hyundai dealership with intentions to pick up a couple of brochures for the SantaFe and Tucson. We were greeted by Sean Fitzpatrick who quickly got our attention with with intentions to pick up a couple of brochures for the SantaFe and Tucson. Before long we had set an appointment to see Sean the next take to take the vehicles out for a test drive. Sean encouraged us to take as much time needed to ensure we had no doubts about the choice we were about to make. He offered us his office to discuss privately our options which we greatly appreciated. We want to Thank Sean for his patience and understanding while we made our decision. He went over the "numbers" of our vehicles over and over again patiently as we added and took away features to our vehicle to customize the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Sean really made buying our new vehicle fun and exciting, which it should be, instead of scary and intimidating. When we had a bit of a concern, Sean even lent us his vehicle to drive so that our concern could be fixed ASAP and we weren't left stranded. Great salesman and a great dealership I'd say. More
